7 Days of Twerk Challenge | Day 3 | Double Bounce Down (2min)

Today we are going to sweat, cause we are practicing our double bounce down for 2 MINUTES straight! Pick your favorite song to dance to and let's go! Let me know how it goes in the comments - - - - - - - - - - I truly believe that you can do anything through practice, cause PRACTICE MAKES PERFECT. Every day is going to start with 50 lunges (to warm up your body) and a few affirmations (to warm up your attitude). After that I will challenge you to a new move, a little choreography, or a little endurance challenge using your own favorite songs. The ultimate goal of this challenge is for you to stick to these 7 days to make sure that where ever you are on your journey, you IMPROVE your skills! With this in mind I recommend taking videos of yourself starting today, so you can see your improvement over the course of these 7 days (Please tag me if you post 😍 ). And last but not least, HAVE FUN!
