Some Notes:
Whey is the best for BV (Biological Value) aka most effective at turning protein into tissue.
Vegan protein is also good, just cycle different types.
Get protein right after climbing and then spread it out during the rest of the day.
Creatine Monohydrate is very safe and well researched (over 700 studies)
Creatine helps replenish the ATP system (Boost your Power Endurace) 15% more Power!
Try not to "load" to avoid bloating
Drink lots of water
Cycling doesn't seem to be necessary
If you gain significant water weight consider stopping
Caffeine can increase performance and energy
You're probably already taking it so nothing new here
Cycle it if you stop feeling effects
Collagen is good for tendon and ligament reconstruction
Suggested to take it a half-hour before climbing
Research is limited but its a protein so it won't hurt to try
Beta-Alanine is good for power endurance.
Might cause your mouth to tingle. This is normal and goes away after the first few times.
Add it to the water in your Nalgene for good flavor.
