Today I going to share a wonderful and nutritious recipe “Flax Seed Ladoo with Dates”. It is a very healthy and high protein rich food recipe. We all know, flax seeds are power pack seeds. It gives relief from many menopause issues. Flax are the best solutions for the hormonal imbalance. They will give quick energy. So, we can take it after a hectic work schedule or after workout. Because of fibre we won’t feel hungry for a long time. Here is the recipe.
High Protein Flax Seeds recipe:
Ingredients:
Flax seeds – 1 cup
Sesame seeds – 1 cup
Oats (rolled/regular) – 1 cup
Ground nut – 1 cup
Dates (seedless) – 1 ½ cup
Cardamom – 3 no
Ghee/Clarified butter – 2 to 3 tsp
Preparation:
1. Roast all ingredients except Dates, Cardamom.
2. Cut dates into small pieces.
3. Take all incredients into a food processor or mixer jar.
4. Blend well.
5. When the mixer is hot, make a small balls.
6. Store in a clearn jar.
