Maximum Repetition Test - 15 Pull-Ups & 20 Dips

Todays AMRAP test for Pull-Ups and Dips. User SwOnly asked me if I could record my maximum reps for Pull-Ups and Dips and I thought it was a good idea since I didn't do that in a really long time. The Pull-Ups started of right, like in my normal sets, but this might have been the reason why my form breaks down around the 9th rep. Maybe I were better off if I didn't pull this explosivly in the first few reps to safe some energy for the later reps. The 15th rep is pure garbage, normally it wouldn't count as a rep but this being an all out attempt it passes. I also didn't use my legs at all which was one of my goals. I also didn't thought that I would reach 15 so I'm happy with the outcome. :) The Dips start off quite good and at rep 15 the lactic acid just kills me, but I was determined to get the last 5 reps to get up to 20. I'm pretty happy with my form throughout the whole 20 reps. Not bad at all in my opinion, I'll retry this after I get 3x12 for both Pull-Ups and Dips to see were I'm at then.
