In a large bowl, combine the egg, milk, oil, suagr and salt. Stir in the flour and baking powder. knead until a elastic ball of dough begins to form. Add more flour if dough is too sticky. 2. On a floured surface, Roll dough out to about 1/4-inch thick. Use a doughnut cutter (or 2 concentric cutters) to cut out the doughnuts. Remove the holes. (use bottle caps) 3. (optional) In a small bowl, combine the honey and water. Set aside, 4. Heat pot frying oil over medium heat. Fry the doughnuts until golden brown.
