Pina has a lots of tips on how to make delicious stuffed vegetables! She used 2 peppers, 2 onions and 5 zucchini but you can use any combo you like. Her filling is: 400g ground beef, 20g butter, 200g mortadella, 1 thick slice of white bread, 50ml of milk, 1 teaspoon of marjoram leaves, 100g grated parmesan, one teaspoon of salt. For a veggie version, try 400g of breadcrumbs instead of the meat, add the zest and juice of a lemon, grated garlic, and 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley along with the marjoram.
