Hi friends I have shared krishna jayanthi special how to prepare raw rice flour for Seedai,Thatttai and Murukku.hope this will be very useful to all. Ingredients Raw Rice 2 kg(as required) Urad dal 2 cups(as required) Water to soak raw rice Raw rice flour Preparation: Wash and soak raw rice for an hour.Strain it and dry it in the cotton saree.after 10 min grind it in the flour mill nicely.now we have to fry the flour thattai and seedai.fry it in the pan until it turns to rangoli powder consistency.draw a single line to check.at this stage stop frying.then seive the flour.store it in a airtight container. Urad dal powder: fry urad dal in a pan.stop frying before it turns to red.grind it in to the mixer grinder and store it in the air tight container.that's it.our raw rice flour and urad dal flour ready.
