This video is a fun at-home workout, and a review of the Sarah's Day pitty party natural deodorant. I will write down the workout below so that you can refer to it when you are training.
NOTE: University starts on Monday so I will only be posting on Wednesday's (and Sunday's if I don't have too much work to do)
MARIA'S AT HOME BOOTY BURNER;
Pre exhaust;
Standard Squats - 20 Reps
Glute bridge with abduction - Until failure
Exercise 1;
Bulgarian split squat- 15-20 Reps per leg.
ALTERNATIVE;
Standard lunge- 15-20 Reps per leg.
Exercise 2;
Donkey kicks- 15-20 Reps per leg.
ALTERNATIVE;
Split leg Romanian deadlift- 15-20 Reps per leg.
Exercise 3;
Lying abductor (I don't know the exact name)- 15-20 Reps per leg.
ALTERNATIVE;
Lateral lunge- 15-20 Reps per leg.
Exercise 4;
Standing kickback- 15-20 Reps per leg.
ALTERNATIVE;
Standing kickback - 15-20 Reps per leg (without resistance).
Exercise 5;
Fire hydrants - 15-20 Reps per leg.
ALTERNATIVE;
Fire hydrants - 15-20 Reps per leg (Without resistance).
Exercise 6;
Seated abductor - 30 Reps.
ALTERNATIVE;
Glute bridge OR hold; 20 reps OR 45 seconds.
When I refer to "ALTERNATIVE", its exercises which need absolutely no equipment. I hope you enjoy this workout and try it out !! This is something I used to do when the gyms were closed, and will likely be doing soon (As gyms will likely be closing again in NSW).
