Hi everyone! This is my cover of System of a Down's Cigaro, a fun energetic song from their Mezmerize album. I had a giant brainfart near the end where I totally forgot how to play that part, it is what it is. All recorded in one take with two cameras. I don't learn songs note by note, obviously - I usually play them a couple times to learn the general flow of the song, and then just improvise along the way. Gear used here, in case anyone is interested: - Pearl Masters MMP drums in Diamond Burst finish (2x22”, 8”, 10”, 12”, 14”, 16”) - Pearl Masters MMP Redline series snare (14”x6.5”) - Roland cymbals (4x14” crashes, 16” ride, 12” hihats and a 10” splash) and triggers (2x RT-30K, 6x RT-30H) - Pearl Mimic Pro drum module - Pearl hardware (ICON rack, cymbal arms, tom arms and hihat- and snare stands) - Axis A Longboard pedals
