I am now back to island food fruit vegetables yams taro lots of greens, less white rice less sugar no milk. thank you so much for your wisdom. i am still alive. i have gone from a size 87kg to 74 kgs over 4 months and have less asthma attacks and don' t feel bloated or flushed. the fasting was key. i started taking out the snacks, i took out sugar, i swapped pasta white rice with salad yam or lots greens. I' ve always had an active lifestyle with plenty of excersize i started watching your videos towards the end of may. By the beginning of september i have lost 42 pounds and i feel great! I am doing this with my doctor' s supervision. He is doing keto too so i didn' t get any objections from him) my blood work taken in june was amazingly good. Fasting glucose 78. A1c 5. 5. C peptide. 65. It was a little rough at first becoming fat adaptive, but that was short lived. the biggest drawback i' ve seen so far is i no longer own a pair of pants that fit.
