Ingredients:
4 Potatoes, peeled and rinsed
Blu Estate’s Reserve Quality EVOO
1 garlic clove, finely chopped
½ - 1 tsp Smoked Sweet Paprika
Salt & Pepper to taste
Method:
1. Preheat oven to 200oC (fan-forced).
2. Peel and rinse potatoes. Cut into quarters or eighths (depending on the size potatoes you use). Place in a bowl. Add chopped garlic, season with salt and pepper, add a generous drizzle of Blu Estate’s Reserve Quality EVOO, followed by sprinkling the smoked sweet paprika. Toss the potatoes in the bowl so they’re completely coated in the seasonings. Place onto a lined baking tray. Bake for approximately 35-40 minutes or until golden and crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Rotate mid-way through baking process. *Cooking time will vary depending on the size of your potatoes/wedges.
3. Serve while hot with your favourite sauces and accompaniments.
