This Video is about preparing Cauliflower Pachadi / Chutney Recipe with Leaves (aaku) and Kadala stem (kadalu) In Telugu. Its super easy and good. Many of us throw away cauliflower leaves and its small stems but they can be turned into yummy chutney !!! First of all Cauliflower had to be categorized into 3 divisions. first- the flower and the long stems second- the big fat stem third- leaves and small stems of the flower 1. Place pan on stove 2. Add oil 3. Add chana Dal / Senagpappu, Urad Dal / minapappu, Methi Dana / Menthulu, Jeera / Jeelakarra, Sukhi lal Mirch / yendu mirapakayalu , hing / Inguva and roast for 2min This whole combination is called "popu" Note: This 'popu' can be replaced with menthigunda . This will save time !! 4. take 'popu' in a plate and keep it aside t cool it down 5. take the third category of cauliflower and cut into small pieces 6. add the pieces on pan 7. add little water and saute for 2min 8. take it into a plate 9. by now the 'popu' must have come to normal temperature 10. grind the 'popu' . (this powder is in the menthigunda form). 11. with this powder in the grinder, add the sauted piced in the grinder. 12. add salt 13. add tamarind juice 14. grind all together Thats it !!!
