Now i strictly wear suits (blazers/sport with a tie, trousers, dress shirts, and oxford dress shoes every single day. I basically did a complete make over! And its helped my overallphysical, social, and spiritual health! Im never going back to casual clothing ever again! I never wore or even owned a suit until i was 30, never tied a tie, and never owned a pair of dress shoes either!
