Ingredients needed: Napa cabbage Carrot Radish Garlic Onion ginger Salt Sugar Chilly Rice flour Water Fish oil Method : Cut napa cabbage to 4 pieces and put salt in each layer of the cabbage and leave it for at least 3-4 hours, now cook a bowl of rice flour in 1 lt of water , keep stirring until it gets thick..add 1 tea spoon of sugar. In a dish cut radish, carrot and mix the cooked mixture, add garlic, ginger and onion paste to it, add fish oil and chilli powder as per taste, also add pepper (red) powder and mix well, After 3-4 hours gently wash the cabbage in tap water and add the mixture. After put it aside for 3 days to get fermented, After 3 days cut the cabbage as per your choice and enjoy Thank you 🙏 .……...............................................................................
