As a busy Oncology nurse it can be difficult to find the time to prepare healthy, satisfying meals. This dinner couldn't be simpler! Let me know in the comments below a meal idea you'd love to see - Thanks so much for watching! ★ Come and cook with me! ★ ★ SUBSCRIBE to my channel - https://goo.gl/H6VaDn ★ Binge watch cooking videos - /playlist/PLMxA48sPLzTlazSfdnV-k39MEYzlRMqtw ★ Sweet Chili and Garlic Sauce - /watch/o-fsxMu6m0P6s INGREDIENTS: 15 large Shrimp 2 tbsp Tamari ½ tsp Garlic Powder ½ tsp Onion Powder Salt and Pepper to taste 1 tbsp Teriyaki Sauce 1 medium Shallot 3 cloves of Garlic 1 inch Piece of Ginger 2 tbsp Avocado Oil 2-6 tablespoons Bone Broth 1 cup Peas 1 large Egg 2 tbsp Sweet Garlic Chili Sauce handful Fresh Cilantro 1-2 tbsp Sesame Seeds 1 cup Cooked Cooled Brown Basmati Rice INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Add shrimp to a small bowl and cover with cold water. Set aside. 2. Peel and devein shrimp. Add dried spices to shrimp and stir well. Cover with plastic wrap and place in fridge. 3. Peel and chop shallots, garlic and ginger. 4. In a large wok or saute pan, heat 1 tablespoon Avocado Oil. Add shrimp and do not stir for 20-30 seconds. Turn shrimp and cook until just pink. Remove and set aside. 5. Add shallots, garlic and ginger to the wok. Saute until tender. Adding more Avocado Oil or Bone Broth as needed. Add rice to the wok. Stir constantly. Add Tamari Sauce. Place rice to one side, add more oil or broth and then add egg. Allow to sit without mixing until egg begins to set. Then stir egg into itself before fully incorporating into rice. Add Teriyaki Sauce and Peas to the wok. Sprinkle with Sesame Seeds. Plate up and add drizzle of Sweet Chili Garlic Sauce and Fresh Cilantro. Enjoy!
